Toljen Mirosavljević or Toljen of Hum (Latin: Tollen de Chulmia[1]) was a 12th-century Serbian royalty, that held lands of Hum[1], in the Principality of Serbia.

His father was Miroslav of Hum, of the House of Vojislavljević, his mother was a sister of Ban Kulin of Bosnia.

He was bethrothed (27 Jul 1189, 24 Apr 1190) to the daughter of Berthold VI (Andex), "Duke of Merano Marchese di Istria" and his wife Agnes von Wettin. The bethrotal was arranged by Frederic Barbarossa during his passing through Serbia during the Third Crusade, to establish good relations with the Serbs. Together they had one son, Toljen II, who succeeded as Prince later in 1227-1239.[2]
